1. Definitions

"Vestara" refers to the educational provider operating under the name Vestara, located at 42 Charoen Krung Soi 36, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

"Participant" or "You" refers to any individual who enquires about, registers for, or attends a Vestara educational programme.

"Programme" refers to any of the financial education sessions offered by Vestara, including the Financial Literacy Orientation, Practical Tax Awareness Course, and Legacy and Estate Education Program.

"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, which are formed upon registration for any Programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a registration for a Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have obtained their agreement to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

Vestara provides financial education only. All Programmes are designed to build financial knowledge and literacy. Nothing presented in any Programme constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice specific to any individual's circumstances.

Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice tailored to their personal situations. Vestara accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Participants on the basis of Programme content.

4. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the applicable programme fee. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Vestara reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

All programmes are conducted in English. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient English language proficiency to engage with the materials and discussions.

5. Payment Terms

Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in full prior to the commencement date of the relevant Programme. Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of registration.

Fees include all programme materials provided during sessions. They do not include travel to the venue or any external professional consultation services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by the Participant: If you cancel your registration more than five business days before the scheduled programme date, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations received within five business days of the programme date are non-refundable, though we may offer rescheduling to a future cohort at our discretion.

Cancellation by Vestara: In the event that Vestara cancels or postpones a Programme for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative session date.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage with sessions respectfully. Vestara reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the experience for others or who engages in behaviour that is disrespectful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without prior written consent from Vestara.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, guides, and templates are the intellectual property of Vestara. A limited, non-exclusive licence is granted to individual participants for personal use only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or adapted without prior written permission from Vestara.

9. Disclaimers

Vestara's Programmes are provided in good faith and based on information believed to be current and accurate at the time of delivery. However, financial and legal frameworks change, and Vestara makes no representation that the content remains accurate after the date of any particular session.

Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis and Vestara does not make any warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, suitability, or outcomes of participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Vestara's total liability to any Participant arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that Participant. Vestara shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

11. Confidentiality

Information shared by Participants during sessions is treated with discretion. Participants are also expected to respect the privacy of fellow attendees and not to disclose personal information shared within the group to third parties.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion before initiating any formal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

Vestara may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Enrolment in a Programme after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
